There are people who drink, a mixture of dates and milk together. But it is a misconception is that it will get beneficial if both milk and dates are consumed together. Dates are rich in iron.

Milk contains calcium. The combinations of both together will not get the benefits of these. So you would be able to get full nutrition by consuming both milk and dates separately.
